Course Overview
At Adelaide Cantone Language School, we offer three main programs:
Canton Cubs
For children from Cantonese-speaking families who can already understand basic Cantonese instructions and daily vocabulary (e.g. food, animals, colours), and ready to learn to form full sentences and express themselves confidently in Cantonese.
RAW Program
Reading and Writing
For students who can already follow everyday Cantonese classroom instructions (such as “Get ready,” “Be quiet,” or “Let’s take a look”) and show interest in Chinese print. They may recognise some characters from storybooks or songs and are ready to start learning to read and write in a structured yet playful environment.
LAS Program
Listening and Speaking
For students who can understand some familiar words in Cantonese. This program support students to to follow simple Cantonese instructions and to respond or start a conversation. The program supports them in using Cantonese naturally through songs, stories, games, and daily communication practice.
